SHIPPING AND PRICING TERMS
All orders are subject to item availability and credit card authorization and verification. Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received. HANAUREUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. If there is an issue affecting the processing of your order, HANAUREUM will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that certain products are handcrafted and require additional processing time. Beaded items require approximately two (2) to five (5) business days for assembly prior to shipment. Ready‑to‑ship HANAUREUM jewelry is typically processed and shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days. Made‑to‑order pieces require extended production time and generally ship within two (2) to five (5) weeks of order confirmation.
Due to the high value of our products, all HANAUREUM orders require a signature upon delivery.
U.S. domestic orders totaling $2000 USD or more qualify for complimentary five (5) business‑day shipping, once the order is ready to ship. International orders totaling $4,500 USD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders below these thresholds will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates are determined through third‑party carriers, including FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and include insurance coverage to protect your merchandise while in transit.
HANAUREUM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event that an insured shipment is lost during transit, the customer will be eligible to receive a store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item. Such credit will be issued only after HANAUREUM has completed its investigation and is satisfied with the results of the carrier’s search and claims process.
All prices displayed on HANAUREUM.com or quoted by customer service are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, shipping fees, and delivery costs are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
HANAUREUM reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any order affected by such errors. If payment has already been processed for an order canceled due to a pricing error, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
For approved returns or exchanges, domestic taxes, shipping charges, and delivery fees are non‑refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by HANAUREUM.
International Shipping:
All orders are processed subject to product availability and credit card authorization and verification. HANAUREUM reserves the right to cancel or delay any order at its discretion. If there are any issues affecting your order, HANAUREUM will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
Due to the nature and value of our products, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
Ready‑to‑ship HANAUREUM jewelry is typically processed and shipped within one (2) to five (5) business days after order confirmation. Made‑to‑order pieces require additional production time and generally ship within four (2) to six (5) weeks. Orders will not enter production or shipment until full payment has been received.
Shipping costs, applicable duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
HANAUREUM jewelry is crafted using a range of precious metals, surface finishes, pearls, beads, gemstones, and decorative materials. Variations in materials, appearance, and wear characteristics are inherent in handcrafted and fine jewelry. By purchasing products from HANAUREUM, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following disclosures:
1. GOLD CONTENT & METAL COMPOSITION
Certain HANAUREUM products are crafted from solid 14‑karat (14K) or 18‑karat (18K) gold, as expressly identified in the applicable product description. Items described as “solid gold” are composed primarily of gold that has been alloyed with other metals to enhance strength, durability, and wearability. Such alloying is standard industry practice and does not diminish the quality or authenticity of the gold content.
2. COLORED GOLD & SURFACE TREATMENTS
Some HANAUREUM solid gold pieces may undergo additional surface treatments or plating to achieve specific aesthetic colors, including but not limited to white, yellow (in varying tones), rose gold tones, blackened gold, or other darkened, oxidized, or specialty finishes.
These surface treatments:
• Are applied over a solid gold base, as identified in the applicable product description;
• Are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature and do not alter the underlying gold content; and
• May naturally fade, lighten, or wear over time as a result of normal use, including friction, interaction with skin chemistry, exposure to environmental elements, or other ordinary wear conditions.
Any change in color, tone, or surface finish resulting from normal wear or use is inherent to these treatments and does not constitute a defect, and therefore is not grounds for return, repair, or replacement.
3. PEARLS
HANAUREUM jewelry may feature natural or cultured pearls. Pearls are organic gemstones and are inherently delicate in nature. As a result:
• Each pearl is unique and may exhibit natural variations in shape, size, color, luster, surface texture, and markings;
• Minor irregularities, inclusions, or variations are natural characteristics of pearls and do not constitute imperfections or defects; and
• Pearls are particularly sensitive to chemicals, moisture, cosmetics, fragrances, impact, and environmental exposure, and may be subject to wear over time with normal use.
Variations in appearance or changes resulting from ordinary wear, care, or handling of pearls are inherent to the material and are not considered defects, and therefore do not qualify for return, repair, or replacement.

ORDERING POLICY

Ready‑to‑ship HANAUREUM jewelry is typically processed and shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days. Made‑to‑order pieces require additional production time and generally ship within two (2) to five (5) weeks. Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received.
Certain products, including beaded items, are handcrafted and require additional preparation. Please allow two (2) to five (5) business days for assembly prior to shipment.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing on the same business day and will ship within the stated processing timeframe, unless expedited shipping is selected.

Made‑to‑Order Items
Orders for made‑to‑order items may be canceled only before production has begun. Once a made‑to‑order item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. HANAUREUM reserves the right to determine when production has begun for made‑to‑order items.
Payments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased directly from HANAUREUM.com and shipped to a United States address or International address may be eligible for exchange within seven (7) days of receipt, subject to the conditions set forth below and HANAUREUM’s applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

LIMITED WARRANTY
HANAUREUM warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, HANAUREUM will repair, at no charge, any breakage or defect determined to be the result of a manufacturing or workmanship defect.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care or storage, alterations, accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or any use inconsistent with recommended care guidelines.
