SHIPPING AND PRICING TERMS

All orders are subject to item availability and credit card authorization and verification. Orders will not enter production until full payment has been received. HANAUREUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. If there is an issue affecting the processing of your order, HANAUREUM will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that certain products are handcrafted and require additional processing time. Beaded items require approximately two (2) to five (5) business days for assembly prior to shipment. Ready‑to‑ship HANAUREUM jewelry is typically processed and shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days. Made‑to‑order pieces require extended production time and generally ship within two (2) to five (5) weeks of order confirmation.

Due to the high value of our products, all HANAUREUM orders require a signature upon delivery.

U.S. domestic orders totaling $2000 USD or more qualify for complimentary five (5) business‑day shipping, once the order is ready to ship. International orders totaling $4,500 USD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders below these thresholds will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates are determined through third‑party carriers, including FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and include insurance coverage to protect your merchandise while in transit.

HANAUREUM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that an insured shipment is lost during transit, the customer will be eligible to receive a store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item. Such credit will be issued only after HANAUREUM has completed its investigation and is satisfied with the results of the carrier’s search and claims process.

All prices displayed on HANAUREUM.com or quoted by customer service are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, shipping fees, and delivery costs are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

HANAUREUM reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any order affected by such errors. If payment has already been processed for an order canceled due to a pricing error, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

For approved returns or exchanges, domestic taxes, shipping charges, and delivery fees are non‑refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by HANAUREUM.

International Shipping:

Due to the nature and value of our products, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Ready‑to‑ship HANAUREUM jewelry is typically processed and shipped within one (2) to five (5) business days after order confirmation. Made‑to‑order pieces require additional production time and generally ship within four (2) to six (5) weeks. Orders will not enter production or shipment until full payment has been received.

Shipping costs, applicable duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

To request an update on the status of your order, please contact info@hanaureum.com and include your order number. A customer service representative will respond with a status update within twenty‑four (24) hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased directly from HANAUREUM.com and shipped to a United States address or International address may be eligible for exchange within seven (7) days of receipt, subject to the conditions set forth below and HANAUREUM’s applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All items approved for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all original HANAUREUM tags and labels attached, and must be returned in the original packaging, including the HANAUREUM box and/or pouch, together with the original sales invoice. HANAUREUM reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these requirements.

HANAUREUM does not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind.

Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees, calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price:

• Domestic (U.S.) returns: 4% restocking fee

• International returns: 6% restocking fee

Shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases where HANAUREUM shipped an item in error.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased at a discounted or sale price

• Engraved, embossed, customized, or personalized items

• Special order items

Where applicable, non‑returnability will be noted in the product description on the item’s page. In limited circumstances, exchanges may be permitted solely at HANAUREUM’s discretion.

Custom beaded bracelets created with the assistance of a HANAUREUM stylist are not considered special orders and may be eligible for return within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they meet all return conditions set above.

HANAUREUM does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact info@hanaureum.com within seven (7) days of receipt and include the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address and phone number

• Reason for return or exchange

A customer service representative will respond within one (1) to two (2) business days with further instructions. All approved returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return package. Returns submitted without an RA Number may be refused.

Approved returns will be credited only for the purchase price of the item, less any applicable restocking fees.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the merchandise refund, where applicable. The customer is also responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to refused, bounced, or undeliverable packages.

Products purchased through third‑party platforms, retailers, or stockists must be returned exclusively to the original place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policies. HANAUREUM is not responsible for any items not purchased directly from HANAUREUM.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY, REPAIRS, AND JEWELRY CARE

LIMITED WARRANTY

HANAUREUM warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, HANAUREUM will repair, at no charge, any breakage or defect determined to be the result of a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care or storage, alterations, accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or any use inconsistent with recommended care guidelines.

All repair requests are evaluated on an individual, case‑by‑case basis. HANAUREUM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a covered warranty repair.

To request a repair, please contact info@hanaureum.com and provide the following information:

• The item requiring repair

• A detailed description of the issue, accompanied by clear photographs demonstrating the defect

• A copy or details of the original sales invoice

• Your name and contact information

Upon receipt of the required information, HANAUREUM will review the request and advise you of the next steps. Repairs that fall outside the scope of this limited warranty may be offered at the customer’s expense, subject to HANAUREUM’s repair availability and approval.

REPAIR POLICY

Our Repairs Processing Center accepts repair requests only for items purchased directly through our official website. If your item was purchased from one of our authorized retail partners or third‑party stockists, repairs must be initiated through the original point of purchase. Our online repair center is unable to process repairs for items not purchased directly from our website.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, fine jewelry is inherently delicate and may require maintenance or repair over time. If you require repair, please contact us via email and include the information outlined below.

To initiate a repair request, please provide:

• Your full name

• Shipping address

• Order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the affected item

Upon receipt and review of the required information, you will be issued a Repair Authorization Number. This Repair Authorization Number must be clearly and visibly labeled on the exterior of your package. Repair submissions received without a Repair Authorization Number may be refused or returned to sender.

Manufacturer Defects

Repairs required due to verified defects in materials or workmanship will be performed free of charge if reported within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase.

Other Repairs

Repair requests submitted after the 30‑day period, or repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or misuse, will be subject to a repair fee at the customer’s expense. All repair requests are reviewed and assessed on an individual, case‑by‑case basis at HANAUREUM’s sole discretion.

Final Sale Notice
